Q. What payment options do you have, can I pay using Paypal?
A. Yes. At the moment Paypal handles our online payments. Paypal will allow you to pay using a debit card, a credit card or Paypal funds from your Paypal account. Paypal also allows you to pay directly via your bank account but this can take up to 10 working days to clear in the form of an eCheque. 
Q. Are there any hidden extra costs on top of the prices seen on this website, such as taxes or fees?
A. No, the prices you see on this site are the final prices including delivery.
Q. Who are you?
A. We are a retail company closely associated with KeyGlory Ltd who have been buying from them for more than ten years. When KeyGlory Ltd said they didn't have a retail presence Australia and New Zealand to stock these quality products we decided to sell directly into this market.
Q. Wait, you're not in Australia... Where are you?
A. We are based in the U.K.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Generally orders will be dispatched within one working day providing we have received a cleared payment, and will be sent using a 'Signature Required - 5 Day Airmail' service via the UK's Royal Mail postal network. It may arrive within 5 days but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, just to be safe.
Q. Will I be liable to pay any customs charges?
A. No. At the time of writing import internet orders under AUS$1000 are not subject to customs charges in Australia. Click here for more details. Customers in the US, Canada and New Zealand may be required to pay import duties, but we will help minimise these as much as possible. Click here for more information.
Q. Where are the products on your website made?
A. All the the items on this website were designed and manufactured in the U.K. by KeyGlory Ltd.
Q. What do you mean when describing 'Display sizes' on the machines?
A. This is the physical height of the 'lit up' display inside of the machines. Some manufacturers falsely claim they have bigger displays when actually they really mean the overall 'window' the displays are covered by. Please be wary of this type of false descripition. Other companies also claim to manufacture their own equipment in the U.K. too but are actually chinese imports.
Q. What about Australian power sockets, will your products work here okay?
A. Yes. All our orders are shipped with the correct power supply for your country.
Q. What if I have a problem?
A. All of the products shipped to Australia, New Zealand the US and Canada have been tested and checked over a longer period of time than usual. In the very unlikely event you have a problem please just contact us via the contact form or email us at sales@bingoequipmentaustralia.com.
Q. I have misplaced or damaged my power supply for my machine, what should I do?
A. Drop us a line to seek advice. Please don't be tempted to plug a power supply meant for other uses. Keyglory have been making electronic equipment since the mid 80's and 90% of all the faulty machines they get back for repair are a result of being damaged by the user plugging in the wrong type of power supply.
